Cancellation and Refund

At Bharat Mineral Water, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
• Once the order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Same-day delivery or urgent orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

b. Cancellation by Bharat Mineral Water

• We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or order information
  • Delivery location being non-serviceable
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible for a full refund (if payment was made).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Damaged, leaking, or seal-tampered bottles at the time of delivery
• Order cancelled by Bharat Mineral Water
• Payment debited but order not confirmed

Complaints must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Products accepted without inspection
• Issues reported after the allowed complaint period
• Change of mind after delivery
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Partially consumed or used products

4. Refund Process

• Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
• For cash payments, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacement Policy

• In eligible cases, customers may opt for replacement instead of refund, subject to availability.
• Replacement delivery will be arranged at no additional cost.

6. Bulk & Subscription Orders

• Cancellation and refund terms for bulk, corporate, or subscription orders may differ and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Advance payments for bulk orders may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
